The Consumer & business directory (CBD) allows you to search for the contact details of over 1600 private, community and government organisations that offer consumer and business complaint-handling services, including industry associations, businesses, government agencies and independent mediation services. The CBD incorporates contacts previously listed in the Australian Consumer Handbook Online previously available from the Consumers Online website.
